GCCF Champion and TICA Grand Champion Valisa Keeko Amira

A huge thank you to Phil and Katie from Valisa for allowing us the pleasure of owning the beautiful Keeko, we are eternally grateful. She is extremely affectionate and is known for giving a free facial and a hairdo, even to visitors if you are really lucky. Keeko has proven to be another fabulous mother and a little more relaxed about the whole thing than Arora. Singapuras are known for being very good mothers and so Keeko has proven to be another that is typical of the breed. Although Keeko is also friends with our dog Otto, she really does prefer the company of people. However, if Otto happens to be sitting next to one of us she is very quick to jump in the middle and prove she friends with both us and the dog. She is a vocal girl who is always willing to giver her opinion on things, but only when asked.

Keeko has done very well while showing with GCCF. As a kitten she came home with numerous Firsts and BOB's from GCCF shows. This included both the Supreme 2007 and The National Cat Show 2007. At the Singapura Cat Club Show 2008 she came home with trophies for the Highest Scoring Female Kitten 2007, Highest Scoring overall Kitten 2007 and Prettiest Singapura at the show. By March 2008 she had gained 2 Challenge Certificates and then took a break to have her first litter of kittens. On her first day back on the GCCF show scene she gained her third Challenge Certificate, making her a GCCF Champion. We really are very proud of her! Not only did she become our first titled cat but for the second year running she took the show trophy home for the prettiest cat at the Singapura Cat Club show.

Keeko has also done us proud with TICA. At her first TICA outing she was made Champion by lunchtime and the second time we went out to show with TICA she was made up to Grand Champion. After this she had her well deserved kitten break, but will be back out to the TICA scene before too much longer. In the short time we exhibited Keeko with TICA (so far) she gained and Award of Excellence, being the Third Best Singapura of the Year in the Northern Europe Region 2008. And she loves every moment.
